A forum on promotion and tenure procedures for department heads and the college and university promotion and tenure committee members will be held September 7, 2007, 1:30-3:30 p.m. in Latham Ballroom A, The Inn at Virginia Tech. This session is intended for those involved in the decision making process, not the candidates themselves. Data concerning promotion and tenure from the recently completed survey of pre-tenure faculty will also be shared. The forum will be recorded and available as a downloadable podcast.
