How to Attend an Open Forum Online

Enter the address below to attend a candidate's open forum online using Adobe Connect:

Instructions to online meeting attendees:

Select "Enter as Guest" and enter your name in the text box. (It is not necessary to have a Virginia Tech PID and password.)
Click on the "Enter Room" button.
Once you are in the meeting space, determine that your computer speakers are configured properly by running the "Audio Setup Wizard." At the top of your screen, select "Meeting / Manage My Settings / Audio Setup Wizard." Follow the screen prompts to configure your audio.
Any further directions will be posted in the meeting space at the bottom of the screen.

Open forums for the Dean of Agriculture and Life Sciences candidates are scheduled as follows:

Grant open forum, May 26, VBI Auditorium, 2:30-3:30; followed by a reception in the VBI Auditorium Lobby
Thompson open forum, June 2, VBI Auditorium, 2:30-3:30; followed by a reception in the VBI Auditorium Lobby
Linton open forum, June 4, VBI Auditorium, 2:30-3:30; followed by a reception in the VBI Auditorium Lobby
