Happy Holidays From Executive Vice President and Provost Cyril Clarke
In the spirit of gratitude, service, and community, I want to extend to each of you my warmest wishes this holiday season and my sincere appreciation for your invaluable partnership and contributions to Virginia Tech.
This time of the year always offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the relationships, accomplishments, and moments of discovery that have shaped our journey as colleagues and a campus. It reminds us of the profound impact and collective strength of community, and how much we rely on one another for support, encouragement, perspective, and inspiration.
As we move toward the new year, I hope we will continue to work together as a university community, to learn, to lead with purpose, and to uplift those around us. Let us enter 2026 with confidence in the talents we each possess, appreciation for the relationships that sustain us, and a continued commitment to making a positive difference in the people and places we serve.
Please enjoy the winter break and this special time of the year with family and friends. On behalf of the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost and academic leaders across the university, I wish you a peaceful and pleasant holiday season.
Cyril
