Errol Arcienega

Hailing from humble beginnings in Cochabamba, Bolivia, Errol Alexander Arcienega is a proud Latino alumnus of Virginia Tech, holding a degree in Criminology from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences with a minor in Biological Sciences. Mr. Arcienega served on the board of the Latino Association of Student Organizations, assisted in founding a chapter of La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity Incorporated, and maintained involvement with the Latin-X community all throughout his undergraduate career. As a recent alumni, Mr. Arcienega has a thorough understanding of student life and interactions.  Serving his new role as Program Manager for the Student Opportunities and Achievement Resources (SOAR) program, an initiative under the Office for Inclusion and Diversity, Errol has returned to campus with renewed vigor and energy to elevate his community and their allies, while continuing the legacy of Ut Prosim.
